A contemporary commercial and office building located on Beliashvili Street in Tbilisi. The architectural concept combines clean geometric forms, warm brick textures, dark metal elements and expansive glazed openings.

The functional layout creates flexible and comfortable office spaces, maximises natural daylight and gives the building a distinctive presence within the surrounding streetscape.

The UrbanX team coordinated the project’s architectural and construction stages from the reinforced-concrete structural frame and external walls to the façade details and final architectural appearance.
