A residential building renovation and reconstruction project located in Avlabari, Tbilisi.

The building’s original brick architecture has been preserved and complemented by contemporary architectural volumes, dark vertical façade elements, expansive glazing, and lightweight balconies.

The main objective of the project was to harmoniously combine the building’s existing architectural character with modern residential requirements. The redesigned layout, additional living spaces, terrace, and landscaped courtyard create a functional and comfortable living environment.

UrbanX was responsible for architectural planning, reconstruction and construction works, façade renovation, the integration of new architectural volumes, and overall project coordination.
