The two-storey residence features clean geometric forms, a light-toned façade, contrasting charcoal-grey and brown decorative elements, expansive glazing, and a balcony that enhances the building’s contemporary architectural character.

The design focuses on maximizing natural light, creating functional interior spaces, and providing a comfortable residential environment.

The construction process included reinforced concrete structural works, masonry, façade finishing, window and door installation, and exterior development.

The project also involved outdoor paving, boundary fencing, and entrance area improvements, contributing to a cohesive residential setting.
