A hotel construction project by UrbanX, located on Akhvlediani Street in the historic part of Tbilisi, where contemporary architectural elements blend with traditional brick façades.

The building features brick cladding, dark metal detailing, expansive glazing, balconies, and a panoramic rooftop terrace overlooking the city.

The construction process included reinforced concrete structural works, masonry, façade cladding, and the execution of architectural details.

One of the project’s key challenges was creating a functional building within a constrained urban setting while maintaining harmony with the surrounding architectural environment.
