A single-family private residence located on a 700 m² plot in Tskneti. The house has a total area of 603 m², comprising a 283 m² lower-ground level, a 160 m² first floor and a 160 m² second floor.

The project features contemporary architecture, extensive glazing and a balanced combination of white façade panels, warm wood textures and dark metal elements. Transparent glass railings and carefully designed landscaping connect the house with its surroundings, creating a bright, functional and comfortable living environment.
